Nostalgia Club is the marketplace operator, established in Poland. Independent sellers are the legal sellers of the goods you buy.

What we process

We process your account details, shipping address, orders, and messages you send us. Sellers receive the data they need to fulfil their part of an order.

Why

We process this data to perform the purchase contract, to meet tax and accounting duties, and, only with your consent, to measure how the shop is used.

How long

We keep invoices, tax records, and marketplace statements for as long as the law requires, even if you delete your account. Other profile data is deleted or anonymised when you ask.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account from the account page. You can also object to analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Contact us through the listing report form if you need another request.
