The 14 day right

If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the contract with a seller within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Tell the seller, using the contact details on the product page or your order, that you are withdrawing. You may use any clear statement. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling the seller.

Refund

The seller refunds the price of the goods and the standard delivery you paid, using the same payment method, once they have received the goods or proof that you sent them back.

Exceptions

The right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed, where that exception is allowed by law and was stated before you bought.
